(France 24) As it grapples with a worsening Covid-19 situation, Taiwan is also facing a critical shortage of vaccines.  And while Beijing, which claims the self-ruled island as one of its territories, has repeatedly offered to send vaccines, Taiwan has steadfastly refused to accept its help.
