(Forbes) Californians rejected an income tax hike in the 2022 midterms. But, thanks to a measure that has already qualified for the 2024 ballot and did so with the help of funding from former FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried, Californians will vote on another income tax hike in less than two years.
