(CBC News) After an off-season of change, the Canadian Elite Basketball League now sits at 10 teams — four more than its inaugural 2019 season and one more than the CFL. But it remains to be seen whether the CEBL can ultimately earn a permanent share of Canadian sports fans’ eyeballs.
